It definitely only seems to support a single two-axis stick, so additional axes can only be accommodated if you have a utility like CH Control Manager or Joystick Gremlin to convert the axes to keyboard input. if the file has /stick/left in two places, change one of them to /stick/right then relaunch the game. You need to manually edit InputBindings.json to change one direction of the axis to use the other side of the stick. But those are the only 2 axes it will recognize for me for any commands so no rudder pedals/throttle/other axes.
